I made these Santa sacks for both my daughters. It will be where Santa leaves their gifts instead of loads of wrapping paper everywhere.
We had sacks as children and it is no less exciting to open the sack and pull things out than it is to unwrap a present.
I have one red and one green. I was lucky last year I got this thick satin Christmas fabric for $2m. I got a few metres of gold, green and red.
Doing something like this is a great idea for family members too. Just collect the bags each year after the gift giving and use them every year. You will save a fortune on wrapping paper and it is so much better for the environment too.
If you have basic sewing skills you can make Santa/Gift sacks. Simply cut fabric to the size you would like and sew together.
