Berry puff tarts



These were so good and SOOOO easy!

Ingredients
Puff pastry
Frozen berries
Sugar


Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares.
In the middle of each square place some frozen berries.
Gather the corners of the pastry to form little packets, like you can see in the picture.
Sprinkle each one with a bit of sugar.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes, until they are golden.
Serve with cream or ice-cream.

They took pretty much no time to prepare, weren’t messy and were so delicious. We’ll definitely be having them again!
