Paprika Chicken

Paprika Chicken is a dish I love. It is so easy and the seasoning can be made in bulk, then stored in an air tight container to use as needed.

1/4 cup plain flour (I use gluten free flour)
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
500g chicken breast, sliced into strips
Oil for frying

Mix the flour, paprika, chilli powder and stock powder together until evenly combined. Sprinkle it onto a plate.
Place the strips of chicken on the powder, turning to coat the chicken evenly. Discard any unused seasoning.
In a medium pan, place 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil. Place the chicken strips in the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, then turn and fry the other side for 10 minutes also.
Serve with rice and vegetables, a salad or mashed potato. Whatever you like.
